Hells Canyon National Recreation Area
	Looking back up from the campground at lower Pittsburg Landing. It was 17 miles of gravel road, up and over the ridge between the Snake, and White Bird on the Salmon River. This is not the deepest section of the 10-mile long gorge, the only realistic way into its hidden heart is by boat.
