We've visited Telluride many times before: via Black Bear, Imogene and Ophir passes
on motorcycles and 4WD pickup truck, and well as by highway through Ridgeway.
This was the first time, however, that I came up Colorado Highway 145 from Dolores over
Lizard Head Pass. It was a lovley drive, and Telluride is a wonderful destination to have.
