Capitol Reef National Park
	It is a relatively easy two mile hike up to Hickman Bridge. It is, however, far more exciting when you’re racing a thunderstorm back to the trailhead like I did. We’re happy to report that on this occasion, I won, but just barely. By the time I drove back to the campground, red muddy water was gushing down every canyon wall, and there were a few soggy tents waiting for campers who hadn’t chosen the higher ground.
